Answers before the first call.
How we scope, how we charge, who owns what we build, and what happens after handover.
We are a technology consulting firm. We advise on how an organisation manages its information, configure and support Microsoft 365, build custom software and portals where packaged tools do not fit, automate approval processes, and provide cloud, security and managed IT services.
Both. A large share of our work is with organisations of ten to a hundred staff. The engagement is scoped smaller, not delivered to a lower standard.
With a discovery session at no cost. We ask what is not working, look at how the process runs today, and tell you what we would do first. If that turns into a proposal it is scoped, phased and priced in writing.
Consulting and project work is quoted by phase against a written scope. Managed IT and support are a fixed monthly fee against agreed response times. Products are licensed per user or per deployment. There are no hourly surprises.
You do, unless the engagement agreement says otherwise. You receive the source code, deployment guide, administrator manual and user manual, and you are free to maintain it yourself or through another firm.
We can deploy to your own hosting, your own server, or arrange hosting on your behalf. Everything we build runs on standard infrastructure, so you are never locked to us.
Yes, and it is often the best arrangement. Your team knows the organisation; we bring specialist configuration and delivery capacity alongside business as usual.
A corporate website is typically four to eight weeks. A Microsoft 365 deployment or migration is two to six weeks depending on size. Custom software is delivered in phases, with the first working module usually within six weeks of a signed specification.
Our office is in Sango-Ota, Ogun State. We work on site across Lagos and Ogun regularly, and elsewhere in Nigeria by arrangement. Much of the work is delivered remotely.
Yes, as a matter of course before any discovery work that touches your systems or records.
Every deliverable includes a warranty period. Beyond that, support is available as a monthly agreement or on a call-off basis, whichever suits how often you expect to need us.
Yes. We run a live demonstration of SignShevly Pro, DB Business Operations Suite or Shevy Kalku against a scenario from your own operation rather than a generic script.
Ask us directly.
If your question is specific to your organisation, the answer usually is too.
